Field programs come in two packages: the full program (lectures + guaranteed internship) or lectures only. The Pre-University program is a single lecture-and-discovery package, with accommodation included. No hidden extras.

All prices are per participant, in euros. The Pre-University program has no internship — its single fee covers the lectures, company visits, supervised accommodation, airport transfer and 24/7 support.
If plans
change
Deposits, postponing, withdrawing and refused visas — the short answers to what happens when plans change.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
The deposit is €300. It confirms your place and is non-refundable, but it counts toward your total tuition.
What if my plans change?
You can postpone for up to two years, or switch to another program, instead of cancelling.
What if I withdraw more than 90 days before the start?
You get a full refund, minus the €300 deposit.
What if I withdraw 90 to 60 days before the start?
We refund 50% of the tuition.
What if I withdraw within 60 days of the start?
The tuition is non-refundable at that point.
What if my visa is refused?
With proof at least 7 days before the start, you get a refund minus the €300 deposit. Under 7 days we handle it case by case, up to 50%.
