Membership

How the Hub works

Selection. Around 99% of members join by direct invitation. Every candidate is considered with the whole room in mind — who they will learn from, and who will learn from them. If you believe you belong here, tell us.

The gatherings. The Hub runs on an 8 + 1 model: eight members-only gatherings plus one bonus each year, held offline at rotating venues in central Prague. Each one is small, deliberately curated, and built around genuine peer exchange.

Beyond the room. Between gatherings, membership means intentional introductions and personal care from the ECCEDU team — the connections that matter don't wait for the next date.

Hub × Voice

Two rooms, one ecosystem

Leaders Hub and Leaders Voice are independent initiatives with the same standard of curation. The Hub is continuous membership; Voice convenes a fresh table of fifteen to twenty leaders each time.

Selected gatherings bring both together — Hub members gain fresh perspectives, and Voice guests experience the care this community is built on.
